A new website has been launched today for Cabot Financial Group's offices in the UK and Ireland.
ib3's brief was to create a fresh new website that was clean in design and closely reflected their corporate identity. Cabot also wanted the site to be easy for visitors to navigate, simple for them to update the content, search engine friendly and compliant with current web standards.
On-going management of the website has been made possible through the integration of Liberty, our custom built, content management system (CMS).
Features of Liberty include:
• an ability to add new pages,
• an ability to add/edit/delete general page content,
• an ability to add/edit/delete indexed news content,
• an ability to upload images to appear on the pages,
• an ability to upload binary files (PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, etc) for visitors to download,
• an ability to update the website's navigation menus,
• an ability to creating multi-level permission access for additional administrators,
• a log system to record user activity in CMS system.
Access to the CMS is provided through secure logon, through any Internet connected Web browser. No technical expertise is required to carry out any of the above functions.
The website was developed using the combination of PHP and MySQL.
